We have no idea how old this little man is, but we do know he is about the sweetest old man you'll ever meet. He doesn't even yell at the kids to get off his lawn.
 
Skippy will be available for adoption next week.
There will be no charge for Skippy, but you will need to fill out an application and be approved.
