All adopters are required to meet at our rescue center in Mt Carmel, PA (no exceptions).

Phyllis weighs just 10lbs. She is a typical red head and can be a little feisty.
She likes other dogs, unless she sees them getting attention and then she decides to bark and growl at them.
She loves people and has been very sweet with us.

 She is house trained and crate trained.

Phyllis would do best in a home with no other dogs. She would love a nice lap to snuggle up on.
Spayed, UTD on shots, microchipped.
