Totsy came to York SPCA as a stray and they asked if we could help him out because he wasn't doing well there.
He is a very sweet little man . Quiet and well behaved. House trained. Likes other dogs . Not leery of strangers.
He just wants a family to call his own.
 
Neutered, utd on shots, microchipped.
Adoption fee 125.00
