Rosie came from an Amish puppy mill and has a lot to overcome.
She needs to go to a quiet home, she doesn’t do well with loud noises or large amounts of people. When trying to pet her she needs to have the hand approach from under her chin or she will get scared and freeze. She does better with smaller dogs so preferably a house with a older calm dog or a small dog would be best, or no dog at all. Overall she is doing well but when she feels confined she starts to shut down.
She is working on house training and doing fairly good, but still has accidents.
