Bubble is joyful, friendly, and just straight up adorable! He came in as a stray and no one claimed him. A young girl who came to the center to walk dogs saw him and said his name had to be Bubble because of his personality.
He does well with other dogs and kids.
 
Neutered, UTD on shots, microchipped
