Spencer loves to cuddle. He wants to sit on your lap even when outside. Likes time with volunteers. More interested in cuddle time than treats. Would be perfect with a retired person who has plenty of time to spend with Spencer. Would be a great couch potato.
Likes other dogs. Doesn’t care about cats.  Likes kids.
