Stella is a puppy mill girl. She is very friendly and happy. Still scared but better than most. Loves to approach you cautiously and kiss your hand. Likes to go out to the kennels and run around with other dogs. Needs leash work. I take them out in a doggie carriage. When taken out will do her business outside.
Just needs to learn how to become a pet in a loving home.
