Joe came to us as one of the 5 strays dumped in Shamokin.  He was very scared when we captured him. It took 3-4 weeks to get him to accept the volunteers at the center. He loves chicken treats. Now he loves all the volunteers. He walks very nice on a leash.  
Housebroken. Slow to get to know you but a love bug once he knows you.
