Jiffy came from a breeder. He is a sweet little boy, who needs help with his housebreaking.  He was socialized but is still shy. Learning to like treats. Likes to go out in the kennels. No issues with other dogs. Doesn’t seem to know what cats are. He typically ignores the cats. Needs to learn to walk on leash.
