Bella is an extremely smart, affectionate pup with a lot of energy. She is however deaf.
She knows commands by hand signals.  Bella will need an active, dedicated owner. She loves other dogs and kids but would probably knock young children over accidentally.
She is fully housebroken.
Bella was trained at FIDOS SCI Coal Township and knows the following commands:
