Latte is a happy, healthy, loving puppy. She was born with a deformity in her front legs but she doesn't let that stop her. She runs and plays and simply loves life.  There is no surgery to correct her legs and she does NOT need a wheelchair cart.
Due to her tiny size we recommend no young children.
