Dexter came in as a stray and no one claimed him. He is approx 2 yrs old. He is friendly and outgoing. He loves other dogs. He is house trained and crate trained. Dexter is deaf and will need an owner that is willing to work with him. Deaf dogs are not that different from hearing dogs. He just needs a vibrating collar so you can get his attention if not within sight.
