Israel was surrendered by a breeder along with 2 other siblings. Israel is a very special dog. Israel isn't quite male and isn't quite female.
Israel was born with a deformed penis and some female parts. Because of the deformity in the penis Israel had to have surgery to remove the penis and have the urethra rerouted so that Israel can urinate.  The surgery went great and Israel now urinates out of a surgically created slit. Israel has full control of urination and bowel movements.
Other then this "issue" Israel is a healthy, active puppy. Israel is not house trained yet, loves other dogs and people. Cats would be fine as well.
We will not allow Israel's ears to be cropped. The tail was docked at birth.
