All adopters are required to meet at our rescue center in Mt Carmel, PA (no exceptions).

Pom/Chi mix

Lizzie weighs 10lbs.
Lizzie came in as a stray and was not claimed by an owner. Lizzie, affectionately known as Lizzie Borden because every time you put a leash on her she "play kills" the leash. It's quite funny and not done out of aggression. Lizzie likes to stand on her front legs and walk to pee some times. Lizzie sounds like a french bulldog when she talks (though some of the volunteers think she sounds like cats mating. lol)  Lizzie is so comical we are always laughing at her antics. She is also extremely friendly and loving. Lizzie is house trained and does ok with older kids (we are not sure about kids under 10). Lizzie loves going for walks and being held. She likes most other dogs but we do not know about cats.
