All adopters are required to meet at our rescue center in Mt Carmel, PA (no exceptions).

Rocko came in as a stray so we don't know what his life was like before. Since he has been here he has been very sweet and affectionate. He loves being with someone (total lap dog). He does well with other dogs. He is house trained and crate trained. He would love a home with someone there all the time to snuggle with him.
