All adopters are required to meet at our rescue center in Mt Carmel, PA (no exceptions).

Shiloh was an owner surrender. The couple split up and neither one could keep the dog in their new places. Shiloh is a shy but friendly, goofy, loveable boy. He likes other dogs and everyone he meets.
He is fully house trained.
Shiloh was trained at FIDOS SCI Coal Township and knows the following commands:
