All adopters are required to meet at our rescue center in Mt Carmel, PA (no exceptions).

Dallas was surrendered because he had a leg that needed to be amputated. Dallas doesn't know he only has 3 legs. He is an energetic, loving ball of fluff. He loves people and other dogs. He would be fine with kids  that won't get bowled over. He would be fine with cats. He is not house trained.
