All adopters are required to meet at our rescue center in Mt Carmel, PA (no exceptions).

Barney
2-3 yrs
Beagle

Barney came to us as a stray and we couldn't locate an owner. Barney is a typical beagle. He loves being active and going for walks. He would enjoy a large fenced area to run. He would make an ideal jogging partner.  Barney loves taking a toy on walks with him and will carry it in his mouth. Barney is crate trained and seems to be house broken.
He likes other dogs.  We are not sure about cats.
Barney might have been a hunting dog. We have observed that whenever he hears a gun shot his ears perk up and he wants to run in the direction the shot was fired from.  Of course we can not be sure of this since he was a stray.
