All adopters are required to meet at our rescue center in Mt Carmel, PA (no exceptions).

Shih Tzu Mix
2-3 yrs
Ghost came as a stray and no one claimed him. Ghost is a charming, quirky, funny little guy.  He loves people and other dogs. We aren't sure about cats or kids.  Ghost is house trained and crate trained. He likes going for walks and snuggling.
