All adopters are required to meet at our rescue center in Mt Carmel, PA (no exceptions).

Penny is one of several dogs who were surrendered due to the owner's terminal illness. Penny is a tiny little girl. She seems to be house trained. She prefers older kids who won't accidentally hurt her. She is timid but extremely loving. She would prefer a home where she gets tons of snuggles and love. She doesn't care much for going for walks and prefers to be carried.
