All adopters are required to meet at our rescue center in Mt Carmel, PA (no exceptions).

Scooby is yet another dog who was surrendered due to the owner's terminal illness. Scooby is quirky and charming. He loves people and other dogs. He is doing great with house training and just needs a little more time. He would love going for walks and exploring life.
