All adopters are required to meet at our rescue center in Mt Carmel, PA (no exceptions).

Harley was surrendered because he had a hernia that needed surgery. He is healed now and ready for his new home. Harley is not house trained. He is a typical puppy full of life, love, and energy... and some poop.
He loves people and other dogs. He would be fine with cats.
