All adopters are required to meet at our rescue center in Mt Carmel, PA (no exceptions).

Charlie came to us because his former owner dumped him in a remote area. Thankfully he was found and brought to us.
Charlie is incredibly sweet, friendly, and full of puppy energy. He loves going for walks and playing. He loves kids and other dogs. He would probably do ok with a cat. He is crate-trained and housebroken.
