All adopters are required to meet at our rescue center in Mt Carmel, PA (no exceptions).

Vicki was living in a hoarder home before she came to us. She is approximately 18lbs. Vicki is crate trained and seems to be house broken. She always goes potty when we take her outside and has only had a few accidents in the months she has been with us. Vicki likes other dogs that aren't too hyper.
Vicki would love to find a home with a single woman or a married couple with no young kids. Older teens would be ok with her. Vicki enjoys going for walks, being held like a baby, and belly rubs.
