All adopters are required to meet at our rescue center in Mt Carmel, PA (no exceptions).

Blackie was surrendered because his owner couldn’t care for him any longer. Blackie is a charming little guy who lives for belly rubs and affection. He is good with toddlers and older kids. He loves other dogs and is good with cats.

Blackie likes going for walks and snuggling. He is crate-trained and house-trained. He would do fine in an active house or in a laid-back house.
