Neil came in as a stray and no one came forward to claim him. He is extremely sweet and loving. He loves other dogs and people. He would do fine with kids 10 and older, only because he might accidentally knock over a small child. He is crate-trained and house-trained.

Neil was trained at FIDOS SCI Coal Township and knows the following commands:
