All adopters are required to meet at our rescue center in Mt Carmel, PA (no exceptions).

Tiny is approx 7 years old and extremely friendly.

He had a real jerk for an owner. They had 3 dogs. Two that they kept inside and gave a good life to, and Tiny, who they kept chained to a tiny dog house barely large enough to fit in.
The neighbors are the ones who kept him fed and watered. When one of the neighbors complained that they would call the SPCA, they found Tiny dumped in their yard.

Tiny seems to be a very quiet boy and has not barked at any of the other dogs here. He seems to be friendly with them as well.
