A backyard breeder contacted rescue saying he was busted for not being licensed. He had 48 hrs to get rid of the dogs or he would take them out back and shoot them.

7 dogs, nameless, hopeless, loveless.... the neglect worse then we could have imagined.
Matting so severe that some can't walk properly. Two with serious eye issues. One of those that will need surgery.

Several will need to be sedated to remove the matting. It is too severe and they are to frightened to be groomed without being sedated.

They are Bichon, Yorkie, Havanese, all used just as money making machines for some scumbag.
These are the parents of those cute pups you bought in the petshop or on craigslist. People who buy from the petshop. CL, etc, are just as responsible for their condition as the scum who bred them. This is a tragedy and immoral.

The stench from these poor dogs so putrid that it made us gag.

It will take time and love, and lots of money to rehab these dogs but we will do whatever it takes to give them a new life.

Camea is the last of the group to be adopted. She has come a long, long way from when she first arrived. She is now starting to lick, she wags her tail when she sees us, and she is learning to trust.

She will need a lot of patience and love to overcome her last hurdles.

Please consider giving this darling girl the chance to have a normal, wonderful life with you.

She is fully vetted, spayed, shots UTD, and microchipped.
