PePe was in a Southern shelter, then brought to PA. In PA he ended up in a house with 38 other dogs. From there he ended up in a PA shelter.

That's where we come in... we brought him into our in-home rescue to see if we could find him a home of his own.

PePe is tiny, petite features, weighs about 5lbs.

PePe has some issues however and is on Prozac. He was in a sort of shock when he came to us, all the neglect and chaos made him feel like he was fighting every thing just to survive. He did nip me a few times.

The prozac is helping a great deal . He now lets me pet him, wags his tail, comes to me for affection. He almost licked me yesterday! I was thrilled.

I think PePe needs a home to call his own, a place that is quiet, with NO KIDS. He needs an owner that will allow him to adjust to them at his own pace and not push him. He needs someone who will love him even if he does start out grumpy and untrusting.

He needs an experienced owner.

If PePe can find this owner, he will blossom. He wants so much to just give in and relax, but until he feels like he is home and safe, he can't quite do it.

He is neutered, utd on shots, chipped.  NO FEE
