Cooper is a 9 month old corgi. He is disabled. All four legs have some degree of deformity. He still can get around very well but will have to be carried up and down stairs, lifted to sit on a lap, etc. He loves all other dogs and cats. He adores everyone he meets. Crate trained and well behaved. He is not fully housebroken but is super intelligent and will be easy to train. He is neutered, utd on shots, chipped.
