Foe's mom died a few weeks ago and sadly, there is no one that can keep Foe.
 
Foe was originally found wandering down a back road a few years ago. He had one missing eye and the other one was severely infected. At that time someone said something about him having "one freaking eye", so they named him Foe. Sadly the other eye was lost to the infection and had to be removed.
 
Foe is good with kids, cats, other dogs.
He is desperately seeking a loving home to live out his golden years.
 
There is no adoption fee.
